Globe valve is widely used in the piping system, and play an important role in systems adjustment direction and fluid drive. Through different valve core opening degree to regulate and control the size of the fluid medium pressure and flow at the piping exit. So, to understand the fluid laws of fluid flow inside the valve chamber,help to reasonable choice of valve core structure and has great influence on the fluid medium flow direction. With the rapid development and wide application of CFD techniques, it provides an effective means for the study of flow field inside the valve.This paper take a straight way globe valve as the research object, through the numerical analysis and experimental contrast method, respectively for the two fluids medium under different flow direction, analysis and compare of the stability of two kinds of flow field inside the valve, and conduct numerical analysis for flow field, at the same time test the globe valve for comparison.According to the provided straight way globe valve parameters, then calculate,design to make the CAD drawings. According to the structure size of the valve, use the commonly three dimensional modeling software solidworks to build 3D model for globe valve body, bracket, hand wheel, bonnet, valve clack and adapting piece structure. Apply the CFD grid technology, and use unstructured grid of structural strong adaptation to discretization processing for the valve flow channel operation area, and use ICEM to generate grid.Based on N-S control equation and the standard k-ε turbulence model, making the valve clack at ten different opening degrees, conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of constant steady state for the flow of the flow field inside the flow channel. Analyze pressure, speed, and streamline distribution under different boundary conditions inside the valve. Analyze and compare valve inside pressure and velocity distribution regularities under two fluid media flow direction, and find out their similarities and differences.Experimental study on the globe valve. Respectively conduct experiment on medium from two direction of high-flow-in and low-flow-out, low-flow-in and high-flow-out. Obtain the experiment data, draw globe valve flow and flow resistance characteristic curve under different opening degrees and different working conditions.Compare the test results with the simulation analysis results, verify the correctness and feasibility of the simulation calculation, and illustrate the characteristics of globe valve under two direction of high-flow-in and low-flow-out, low-flow-in and high-flow-out.Within the same body cavity of the valve, conduct the optimize analysis. Modify the structure of the valve clack, and contrast the stability of the flow field and valve structure at two different valve clack structures. Flow field characteristic curves are obtained at different valve structure, which indicate that valve clack with the inter bypass structure is more conducive to the flow of the fluid medium. It can reduces the flow resistance of the fluid at certain degree, also can reduce opening force of medium flow direction of high-flow-in and low-flow-out. Through analyzing the studies described above, here can provide certain reference for the optimization of globe valve flow field and flow channel, also for globe valve installation direction under different medium flow direction...
