Research On Rural Residential Areas Space Layout Optimization Of Jiangning Area Of Jiangsu Province Based On GIS

The research of the optimization scheme of the land use space layout is to scientific layout the spatial location and establish contact each other in the spatial distribution and maximum comprehensive benefit by reasonable configuration of different types of land use quantity structure. With the rapid development of urbanization and the reinforcement of construction of new village, the link between the increase of urban construction land and the reduction of rural residential land becomes a new idea for a new round of overall planning of land use. Under this background, the study on how to optimize the layout of residential area has practical significance to improve land use efficiency, ease the contradiction between the supply and demand of urban construction land. Center towns are the bond of the connect cities and scattered villages construction. By the integrations of certain rural city organization, industry and space, can effective use of various resources, to promote the rural economy, society and environment coordinated and healthy development. And finally it suppots the effective theoretical support for the center towns’ making.This paper takes Jiangning District as the research area. By using the GIS spatial analysis function and a variety of quantitative analysis method, studys comprehensive characteristics of rural residential areas distribution, to implement the layout of the rural residential areas refactoring and build a system of rural residential layout adjustment scheme. This article research institute building method system is as follows:(1) Study of the patterns of rural settlement space distribution. By using the theory and the method, such as spatial statistics, Voronoi diagram, landscape pattern index and spatial analysis, from the distribution characteristics of rural residential areas, layout mode and the relationship between the distribution factors associated to carry on the analysis, comes out the regional characteristics and existing problems of the layout of rural residential areas, to lay a foundation to the research of rural settlement layout reconstruction scheme.(2) Study of rural settlement layout reconstruction scheme. First of all, establish the layout of residential suitability evaluation system, and determine the evaluation factors and their weights, to determine the settlement layout suitable scope. Second, according to the results of the distribution of rural settlements suitability evaluation and the settlement pattern to analyze, divide each settlement into Home village, moving, central village, keep village and moving and merging village, finally make a settlement layout restructuring plan.Above all, the thesis taking Jiangning district in Nanjing city as the study area, studies the regional characteristics of rural residential areas distribution, layout optimization methods, and a preliminary layout adjustment scheme is worked out. The results showed that: GIS combined with a variety of other quantitative analysis methods can comprehensively analysis the rural settlement spatial distribution characteristics. At the same time, the space reconstruction layout scheme not only provides a scientific basis for the rural construction land consolidation but also provides a directionfor the socialist new rural construction.
