Abstract/Summary:
Automatic Paralleling device is one of the important automatic devices in Modern Electric Generating Stations, and it is a frequent performance of the Synchronous generator in the daily operation of the power plant. The Automatic Paralleling System with excellent performance can not only ensure the smooth progress of all operations smooth operation, but also can improve high reliability and power supply quality.Firstly, this paper, from the perspective of joint operation of synchronous generator, analyzes the impact since the equal condition is not satisfied. Then, In accordance with the regulatory demand of paralleling device, this paper derived a mathematical model of Fuzzy PID controller which is applicable to this project, and use the Matlab simulation software analyzed the control effect of fuzzy controller. Finally, in view of the electric machines laboratory of Xi’an University of Science and Technology, this paper designed and produced a Synchronous generator automatic quasi-synchronization device. On the basis of analyzing the principle of joint operation of synchronous generator, referring to relevant design standards, this paper develops a Hardware system of the Automatic Paralleling System, making a good use of Multisim simulation software to analyze the performance of detected circuit, manufacturing the required hardware circuit which is used for the device, and fulfilling the debugging of the hardware circuits. TMS320F2812 is elected as the control core of Microprocessor-based parallel device, on account of CCS integrated development environment, the software system is designed.This device can automatically detect and adjust the voltage and frequency of synchronous generator, and complete joint operation in the case of equal condition.
