BFS technology is widely recognized in the industry as a manufacturing technology with high level of the sterility assurance,high production efficiency,low production cost and energy saving,it is widely used in medicine,food,health care products,cosmetics and other industries.Although China has made great breakthroughs in the research on blown potting(BFS)equipment,there are still challenges.Precise positioning control of the mold transfer mechanism for blow-fill-seal(BFS)equipment.The findings are as follows:The design scheme of the servo motor’s mold-shifting mechanical structure is constructed.Active pulley receives power from servo motor,drive the driven pulley to run under the action of the timing belt,the driven pulley transmits power to the ball screw to drive the mold base to complete linear motion.Based on the analysis of the mold base positioning system,the mathematical model of the mold-shift servo motion system is established,and the motion system is simulated and analyzed.For the mathematical model of the motion system,a closed-loop control method is adopted.PID,fuzzy,and fuzzy PID controllers are designed and simulated in Matlab / Simulink,the fuzzy PID controller is selected through simulation comparison to improve the precise positioning control of the mold base.Experiment of mold base positioning accuracy.Experimental analysis of mold frame positioning accuracy on blow-fill-seal(BFS)equipment,the actual positioning accuracy of the left side of the mold base is calculated through experimental data to be 0.781 mm,the actual positioning accuracy of the right side of the mold base is 0.965 mm,this method meets the design requirements.The subject is based on changing the control algorithm to meet the needs of precise positioning control of the mold-shifting mechanism,and provides a reference for the precise positioning control of the BFS equipment mold base.Figure 46;Table 13;Reference 48... |
