The recent ten years, along with the real estate industry prosperity, especially offices and commercial housing scale, and promote the rapid rise of the household central air conditioning industry, but in the rapid development of adopted household central air conditioning industrial architectures generally have high energy consumption, which give the city’s power supply brought heavy pressure. As people living standard rise and energy shortage problem arises, will the frequency conversion technology used in air conditioner compressor, the variable frequency speed regulation reduce the number of open, meet the stop energy consumption requirements; Reduce the room temperature fluctuations, improves comfort, obtained the better air conditioning effect.First of all, design frequency conversion air conditioning control system of the household hardware circuit. In frequency conversion air conditioning control system of household ST7by means of single chip microcomputer as the hardware circuit of the central processor, frequency conversion system inverter of the mitsubishi company’s DIP-IPM (intelligent power module), IPM intelligent power module is set very driven and short circuit door, flow, voltage, overheat as well as the protection function in the integration of IGBT power device, its compact structure, stable performance, reliable, greatly reducing the product development cycle. Second, achieve space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology in the frequency conversion air conditioning control system of the household applications. Frequency conversion control of the compressor in the adoption of advanced SVPWM technology, can make indoor need according to the cold compressor (hot) quantity, continuous and dynamic, different real-time adjust the cooling (hot) amount, make its remains in the more reasonable operation state, also can further improve the utilization rate of voltage and frequency resolution, compressor working more smoothly, improve the efficiency of the air conditioning, achieve the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption.Because the air conditioner is a typical of multiple input multiple output nonlinear system with large hysteresis. The air conditioner system of the accurate mathematical model is hard to obtain, and the time constant is too large. In response to these problems, this thesis introducted the fuzzy control technique into the air conditioner compressor in theory, and it would improve air conditioner system’s precision, stability and reliability.
