The Design Of The Compaction Process Monitoring System Based On Android

With the development of our country’s economy, road construction scale is larger and larger, the requirement for the quality of roads is stricter than before.The compaction quality directly affects the stability and bearing capacity of roads. Compaction quality monitoring has great influence for road construction.As the traditional compaction methods have various deficiencies, continuous compaction detection theory put forward by foreign scholars.This topic is based on continuous compaction test technique, design and implement a set of continuous compaction monitoring system.System status, and the process of construction of the roller compaction of soil quality, and the construction of the project schedule management and quality assessment.In the beginning, this paper introduces the research background, expounds the developing situation of the continuous compaction technology at home and abroad, and puts forward the overall design of continuous compaction monitoring system.Then the paper introduces the soil compaction theory and the mechanism of vibration compaction, through the establishment of "soil vibration wheel- the" model, analysis of vibration acceleration and the relationship between the soil compaction quality.At the same time, this paper introduces the implementation of continuous compaction detection technique process, for the continuous compaction to provide theoretical basis for the design and implementation of monitoring system.Continuous compaction monitoring system design is divided into signal acquisition module and the data management and display module.Based on STM32 micro-controller, the signal acquisition module signal from sensor acquisition rollers in the process of construction status, sent to the data management and display module via bluetooth. Data management and display module is based on the Android platform development of application software,through analyzing and processing signal acquisition module for a variety of data, for the construction personnel to provide real-time compaction status display, at the same time to provide construction project schedule management and quality management.In the paper introduces the selection of sensors and chips, signal acquisition module of hardware andsoftware design and the Android application software design and implementation of information management system in detail.
