The traditional compaction test adopts the method of random sampling,which belongs to the "point style" detection,resulting in "weak point" undetected,can not strictly control the quality of subgrade compaction,has not adapted to the modern high-speed railway subgrade construction requirements,Continuous compaction of new technologies to make up for the lack of traditional methods.In this paper,combined with the test section of the stone section of passenger and passenger,continuous compaction testing and routine testing.Through the theoretical analysis and field test,the accuracy and reliability of the correlation check are further verified.In order to ensure the uniformity of cement soil,the construction technology of road mixing was determined by the comparison test of different mixing speed and different cement quantity,and the optimum thickness and rolling mode of pavement were determined by contrast experiment.In the correlation test of the continuous compaction index and the conventional index,the isolated abnormal point will reduce the correlation between the two,and the determined continuous compaction target value will be inaccurate.Therefore,before the correlation calibration,the coordinates of the coordinates in the plane plotted into a scatter plot,and then use the local average distance method and neighborhood estimation method to remove the mutation value.The correlation coefficient of the post-fitting curve is increased,and the accuracy of the correlation check is higher.In the correlation test,the detection area difference will affect the correlation,the compacted target target size can not be accurately determined.In this paper,the improved soil subgrade,through the experimental comparison point to the mean value of the correlation coefficient is high,more realistic situation.Based on the correlation of each layer [VCV] with the conventional value,the target values of the embankment fill,subbase bed and bed surface of subgrade bed were determined.The compaction degree and compaction uniformity were tested,and then the reliability of continuous compaction technology was verified.The reliability of controlling the settlement of subgrade is verified by the comparison of recent settlement data and the prediction of long-term settlement.
