Structure Analysis And Software Development Of The Boom Of Concrete Pump Truck

Concrete pump truck is a kind of important construction machinery which main function is transporting concrete to pouring location and casting. With the rapid development of economy in our country, it has greatly promoted the construction of domestic infrastructure. Because Concrete pump truck can continuously convey concrete and rapid pour, which prevent concrete segregation phenomenon and ensure the quality of concrete. It is favored by people, and becomes one of the indispensable equipment in the modern construction industry. The boom of concrete pump truck is the key component of the concrete pump truck, so it has very important practical significance to analyze it.The research object of this paper is a boom of concrete pump truck. First of all, analyzing the loads in the construction process to determine the most dangerous conditions and calculate the strength of the boom. Second, with ANSYS Parametric Design Language as a research tool, by the bottom-up modeling method to establish the finite element model of the boom. Static analysis with finite element method is performed on the most dangerous condition, to research the stiffness and strength of the structure and put forward reasonable optimization scheme. Next, the modal analysis of the boom is carried out, and the first six order natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained and the buckling analysis of the arm frame is carried out, and the maximum buckling load is discussed to ensure that the structure meets the requirements of buckling stability. Finally, with Visual Basic 6.0 software develop the software of boom of concrete pump truck structure analysis. Realized the background call of ANSYS software to carry out the automatic analysis of each module. The software interface is user-friendly and easy to operate, which is convenient for researchers to analyze and improve the structure, shorten the design cycle and improve the design efficiency.To sum up, based on finite element analysis, the structural analysis of the concrete pump truck boom is carried out, which has certain guiding significance to the design and optimization of the boom and achieve the goal of high performance products. Develop the software platform and make it convenient to designer to operating the finite element analysis.
