With increasing levels of industrialization, especially in recent years, with the Chinese manufacturing industry 4.0 2025 proposed the concept of the present collection and monitoring industrial field of information it presents new challenges. Currently the vast majority of existing industrial technology to stay in a two-dimensional configuration state, are increasingly unable to meet the new situation under the industrial field of condition monitoring requirement. According to this paper, the design of a three-dimensional configuration based on virtual reality system, and build a virtual car assembly line access, among the present system, industrial robot tooled car models into the parking garage, as process to establish three-dimensional configuration of the virtual environment for dynamic simulation, and application of industrial robots and parking garage for physical theory set forth for verification. The main work in the following areas:First, this paper typical PLC applications- parking garage has been studied, and thus solved the communication between the PLC and the virtual reality engine, to achieve three-dimensional configuration of the car design, and accordingly set up hardware simulation environment, the results show the system can meet the design requirements of three-dimensional configuration, it has a good degree of simulation.Second, the paper of the existing robot communications industry has been studied, designed a virtual reality technology industrial robot system based on the above-mentioned three-dimensional garage access constitute a production car production line, will produce a good car parked into the parking garage. And solve the problem of communication of virtual reality engine and industrial robots to achieve a configuration design of industrial robots. On this basis, build a hardware simulation environment, the results show that the industrial robot system configuration to meet the design requirements of three-dimensional, high degree of simulation.Third, this article will cloud computing to access to the car assembly production line design configuration among the cloud computing server build, to achieve industrial configuration of remote connections to further expand the scope of application configuration.In this paper, two self-built laboratory equipment as the basis, by addressing communications and cloud computing technology to set up a complete virtual reality configuration, and on the basis of experiments to verify the feasibility and superiority.
