With the continuous development of automotor industry technology, luxury and comfortable car electric seat has become one of the standards that measuring advanced intelligent performance and good quality of car. Car seat manufacturers put forward more strict requirements for the electric seat test projects and eligibility standards that must be conducted ex-factory. Among them, the electric car seat assembly performance after the completion of the parts assembly affects the seat safety and comfort performance seriously.Therefore, adding the test platform that real-time monitor the seat assembly performance in the assembly line has important engineering practical significance to improve the quality of the electric seat. At the same time, building comprehensive performance parameters testing standard set of the electric car seat, including vibration, noise and memory function, has higher engineering reference value for seat overall quality detection.In this thesis, the electric car seat motor current signal and vibration signal are analyzed respectively, it realizes the detection of seat assembly performance successfully.(1) The structure of the test platform is designed, in which by selecting the appropriate data acquisition card and sensor to collect the signal being measured, while taking advantage of LabVIEW software programming for signal analysis and processing.(2) The dynamic characteristics of motor current in the electric car seat transmission system is studied mainly. It uses the current boundary test method to detecte the current mutation situation of the transmission system caused by parts assembly problem.(3) Car electric seat assembly performance test based on vibration signal processing is studied mainly. In order to determine assembly faults existing in the seat, it uses the method of wavelet de-noising to preprocess the signal, after using the Hilbert transformation method to demodulate from fault characteristics of the seat parts.Meanwhile, This paper analyzes comprehensive performance statistical parameters set of the electric car seat. Especially for all its statistical characteristic parameters of vibration signal are analysised in linear correlation aspect, fault sensitivity and stability aspects, then extract the parameters which can most represent the seat vibration signal characteristic.Take a certain type of car electric seat for case, according to the large amount of data measured, the each parameter normal range of electric seat vibration, noise and memory function is obtained by the corresponding mathematical analysis method. It provides certain reference basis for internal seats performance evaluation.
