Abstract/Summary:
Jinzhong city in Shanxi Province in the Middle East, Jinzhong region vast, east-west span is very big, about 240 km. Jinzhong area, with the reform and opening-up, the electric power development rapidly, especially in electric power construction has made great achievements, but also exposed some problems at the same time. For example, the local power grid structure is not reasonable, Yangquan and eastern Jinzhong area 220kV level short circuit current is bigger,220 kV network frame is weak in the east, etc. At present, the Shanxi Province electric power is through the power system reform to establish effective power market. In order to make the power more reasonable and effective allocation of resources, better meet the local rapid load growth, promote local economic development,the Jinzhong area for medium and long-term power structure and power grid planning is very practical significance Under the new situation.The author in this paper is engaged in the electric power research and planning work of Jinzhong area, Aiming at some problems of the region, puts forward the corresponding solutions. The author expounds the present situation of the power system, problems and the reform goal, the principle of Jinzhong.Jinzhong area, combined with my practical experience, we give the actual planning of power system. In addition, used in the power grid planning in some key technical problems are discussed in this paper, some important results are reviewed.At first, this paper expounds the present situation of electric power system of Jinzhong city in Shanxi Province, considering the power structure of jinzhong city development and electric power market, power grid conditions.This paper puts forward the regional large power plant access system scheme, the adjustment of the 500 kv power grids scheme and optimal schemes of 200 kV power grids. Through the power system integrated computation software PSASP flow calculation, short circuit calculation, compares the multiple solutions, finally, we obtained the consistent conclusion.Since the construction of power supply and power grid involved a lot of investment, decision-making errors will not only influence the safe operation of power system itself, also can cause a lot of manpower and material resources waste, therefore, improve the level of decision-making science is electricity workers facing the urgent task. Jinzhong area, in addition, coal resource is abundant, the vast territory, has the good conditions of the construction of large power plant, during thirteenth five year plan,Jinzhong planning a number of large low calorific value coal power plant, therefore this thesis attempts to access to the regional planning of power project system solutions are discussed in this paper, for reference.
