Along with the recent years,electronic belt weighing technology to the rapid development, electronic technology in domestic and foreign large-scale use of belt weigher manufacturing design and scale body, because of its various manufacturing process and control method, produced by a metering belt has different characteristics. But due to the metering belt balance has been in a state action, so there is a certain instability, current of belt weigher research most is how to improve the dynamic measurement accuracy of belt scale, also in order to save labor, improve the degree of automation, automatic control of the belt conveyor scale also caused most of the manufacturers pay more and more attention.Since Jien nickel industry self built factory, the measurement of bulk solid materials has been relying on the traditional metering belt balance, after expansion in 2008 the new smelter, in order to improve the degree of automation and in order to improve the accuracy of the measurement data, in the material conveying and metering increased the intensity of rectification, change the traditional metering belt for quantitative batching metering method. The brief describes the the principle and measurement method of the traditional metering belt scale and quantitative batching belt weigher, metering device of dynamic stability control, and the comprehensive study on quantitative batching scales. Including the analysis of technical parameters, technical characteristics, benefit analysis and automatic quantitative batching system.After the transformation of the quantitative batching belt scale has a higher automation controllability, and according to the technical characteristics of the new belt scale, set the operation mode of the production site, maintenance and calibration methods.New operation mode for better ensures the the stable operation of the quantitative batching belt scale, reduce the probability of failure; maintenance updates can shorten the cycle of the fault of the scale body, make the long-term and stable operation; and to site calibration,to ensure the accuracy of measurement, reduce labor cost. Overall, the transformation of the quantitative batching belt scale, with more convenient controllability, more long-term stability, higher accuracy. Compared with the practical application, the new system not only reduces the waste of raw materials and related costs, but also greatly improves the quality of products, is suitable for the new era, the new system of control.
