Substation is one of the important part of the Electric power system,tit’s the core hub link of the voltage transformation,electricity regulation,improving the quality of power supply,the integrity and running state of transformer,the circuit breaker,t Isolating switch,surge arrester are main influencing factors of transmission security and the power supply reliability.Using mechanical and electrical,the sensor,electrical control and network technology integration technology methods,researching and developing robots of applying to Substation inspection is an important part of reducing manual inspection working strength,overcoming the disadvantages of testers and miscalculation,extending inspection content,improving the level of inspection, promoting unmanned management,tare the inevitable development trend of the future of modern substation management.The paper analyzes the current situation of the development and research of inspection system synthetically,aiming at Shahe transformer substation expounds concretely inspecting the working environment,the content and requirements of inspection,designing the composition scheme of inspective robot that consist of wireless network communication, the machine control up and down,twin-station system.Based on the base station system of management,providing meticulously the framework of system function,and explaining detailedly the project and function of inspection task management. robot control etc eight function modules.Aiming at the mobile station system of robot ontology,firstly calculating bending strength and torque,establishing the drive way of the system and the type of servo motor,next emphasisly analysising and designing power management and motion control etc four function modules,providing corresponding circuit components and software function process.Based on the researched LER3000 Substation inspective robot system,conducting functional confirmation experiment of remote manual control,independent inspection,information display,output statements and so on,the results show that the inspective system is reliable performance,easy to manipulate,complete functions,meeting the design requirements.Playing a very good drive to improve the inspection quality、realize unmanned management、improve electrical equipment inspective level.
