Task priority is the constraint condition and important heuristic information in the process of solving scheduling problems,which can objectively reflect the relative importance of the indicator and subjectively reflect the importance of the decision maker to the indicator.Starting with the practical engineering,this paper studies the priority of tasks for space reconnaissance based on the current satellite characteristics and task requirements by conducting the comprehensive research on the initial value and the dynamic changing strategy of the task priority.The main achievements in the whole paper are as follows.(1)By analyzing the relevant theoretical basis of space reconnaissance,this paper decomposes the task priority into four parts,including target priority,reconnaissance task priority,TT&C requirement priority and data transmission requirement priority,and then expounds their basic concepts and their relationship,which fills the theoretical gap;(2)On the basis of engineering research and literature review,this paper summarizes the attribute factors that affect the above four types of priority in detail,introduces different multi-attribute decision-making techniques according to their basic characteristics,and designs the corresponding priority models which can provide a unified priority calculation paradigm for engineering practice;(3)This paper takes the emergency reconnaissance task scheduling problem as the background,and draws on the concept of rolling rescheduling to design different dynamic changing strategies of task priority for space reconnaissance based on rolling window.And then,three classical optimization methods are introduced from three aspects,including engineering application,single-objective optimization and multi-objective optimization,which is used to generate corresponding scheduling algorithms based on dynamic priority by applying the above strategies.Finally,based on the simulation platform,the effectiveness of the above priority models,dynamic changing strategies of priority and algorithms are verified by designing experiments.
