As the elevator safety regulations are consecutively promulgated, Our country has made clear rules to the use of monitor products, The reliable operation of elevator monitoring products gradually became the focus of attention, Considering shortcomings existing in the process of current monitoring devices testing, An on-site test system of elevator safety operation monitoring product is developed in this paper, It can complete preliminary and on-site inspections of monitoring equipment, realize that inspection reports are automatically generated and test data are intelligently managed.Firstly the research background and development situation at home and abroad is introduced, on the basis of detailed analysis of system requirements and software functional requirements, puts forward the overall architecture of the system and the design scheme and the software system is divided into several parts, makes sure every part’s design goals. Then, the database, the PC platform and hand-held terminal software design are introduced in this paper.Data center of this system uses SQL Server database, follows 3NF principle and introduces database design, logical design and physical design of database; PC software platform using C/S architecture, this paper details development of client application based on the.net Framework and server software based on Socket communication protocols and multithreading technology; Handset software is divided into three parts, they are SQLite database and communication module, software function interface, Implements the on-site inspection, data synchronization and data management.Then, the system running environment and the various software modules joint debugging method is introduced, and gives the testing process of a type monitoring device, logic and function of system are verified.Finally, work of this paper is summarized and a prospect is made of follow-up research and possible improvements.After repeated testing, this system can meet the expected design goal, can complete inspection work reliably, it has passed the acceptance and has great value in use.
