Analysis On The Current Situation And Reform Of The Highway Maintenance Management Mode In Xinjiang

With the increase of expressway maintenance tasks,a variety of problems are gradually exposed in the traditional expressway maintenance management model can solve the problems of traditional model and improve the level of maintenance management,keeping the good sevice performance of expressway. This paper,by the analysis of current research and practice of expressway maintenance management at home and abroad,utilized modern management theory to complete the establishment and implementation of expressway marketoriented maintenance management model.Firstly, the paper analyses the theoretical foundation of highway maintenance management, on the basis of this discussed Xinjiang highway maintenance management mode at present, and points out that there are many problems in Xinjiang highway maintenance management mode, it can not adapt to the needs of modern highway maintenance. This proposed Xinjiang highway maintenance management mode reform measures, according to the experience of foreign advanced maintenance management mode, and puts forward the Xinjiang highway maintenance management development direction. In combination with the actual situation, the concrete plan for the reform was proposed and gradually effective maintenance management mode reform.
