Mosques in China more than two thousand muslims in daily life is an important social and cultural activity center, at the same time, its architectural style is characterized by regional ethnic culture. Therefore, to say the mosque concentrated precipitation the religion, history, economy, education, art, folk custom, construction and other aspects of the huge cultural connotation. Xining of Qinghai province is located in the high altitude, belongs to the dry climate zone which is cold in winter and dry, mosque in Qinghai Province in the past for a long period of time, due to the limitation of geographical environment and climate, cost and construction technology, and other factors, resulting in building indoor thermal environment is poor, can’t fully meet the demand of the use of many Muslims. Over the past twenty years, China’s rapid economic development, the Muslim’s quality of life gradually improve, mosque expansions of some of the old and the new mosque become common situation. With the expansion of the interior space of the hall of the mosque, leading to poor indoor thermal environment, create a good indoor thermal environment, is not only beneficial to Muslims of body health but also reduce the heating energy consumption of the mosque. After the hall of the mosque of indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort research, it can provide a reference for the design of the new mosque building in the future. At present, there are few scholars study on the indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort of the mosque. So, it is very meaningful to the mosque of thermal environment and thermal comfort of the hall.The author compare and analysis the results by the test of indoor and outdoor thermal environment in the mosque hall. Meanwhile, this study make statistics on unsatisfied percentage of mosque’s indoor thermal comfort. Investigating the factors affect of indoor thermal environment of the hall through building envelope structure, doors and windows energy-saving and heating method.Make calculations and get results of reference temperature in winter by the application of generic model for climate adaptability of thermal comfort indicated by Dr. Mao Yan, and the software analysis. Put forward technical measures to improve thermal environment in hall so that improve the thermal comfort. To provide design references to construct sustainable and comfort type of the mosque building.This paper analyzes the regional characteristics of the human body thermal comfort high altitude, through the analysis of the questionnaire investigation results and the analysis of the human body thermal comfort model proposed mosque hall thermal comfort temperature reference value. At the same time, aiming at the problems existing mosques, simulation analysis of the local optimum passive design strategies, it is concluded that to improve the building indoor thermal environment of the appropriate technical measures.Indoor human thermal comfort PMV index because of unable to direct detection, this paper will use the artificial neural network technology and establish indoor thermal comfort of human body in evaluation of a network model of computer program, intelligent prediction of PMV index. In this research, the style of Arabia mosque through field test, theory research preliminary determination model of thermal dynamic balance physical hall indoor thermal environment, analysis and evaluation, the main hall hall indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort, in-depth analysis between various factors affecting indoor physical environment of the contact, preliminary development of human thermal comfort study; Study on technical measures of building the mosque hall passive building design strategy is proposed to adapt to the local climate and fuseforeign mosque architectural style, to provide technical guidance for the construction of energy-efficient and comfortable mosque hall, built the mosque building of the hall of scientific theory and practice system.Finally, using the existing buildings is set up respectively Ecotect Analysis software model and improve the technical measures of building model, simulation analysis comparison before and after the coldest day of the year and to improve the hottest day indoor temperature changes. To improve the indoor temperature data before and after the results of comparative analysis, to verify the effectiveness of technical measures to improve.
