Research Regarding BIM Project’s Development Procedure Instructional Criterion And Construction Cost Dynamic Control For Enterprise

BIM technology is going to get into next phase of high-speed development,CBIMS is bout to be issued in couple of months,as well as the development of Cloud Computing,in the mean time,BIM technology has been gradually recognized by a number of professional relevant experts in this industry. Hence,the research related to BIM Development Instructional Criterion of project And taking a further step to another research related to constructional Cost Control based on the owners leading mode in order to cope with the trends of BIM high-speed development better and make the value and advantages of BIM more effective applying into the real construction and promote development of BIM in China. the main contents below:( 1) Based on BIM technology’s analysis and research from IU UNIVERSITY regarding how to build up a BIM project’s Development Procedure Instructional Criterion and based on relevant research on CBIMS 、 IFC, as well as the reality situation of domestic BIM projects. The thesis is trying to work out a BIM project’s Development Instructional Criterion that is adapted to domestic BIM projects development in order to offer an instructional direction for the redevelopment on this research,the contents refer to performance of project、analysis、collaboration、bid、IPD and specific delivery contents.(2)Based on relevant research outcomes above,the thesis keeps taking a further step to dig how to take advantage of BIM technology to achieve the constructional cost control more efficient. First of all,building up a frame for cost control throughout the research related to cost control theories and methods. Secondly,coming up with a new concept that is dividing model into a lot of small model groups to control construction process cost based on building up a standard,accurate Revit model,then analyzing and showing feasibility,pros and cons,specific implement manners. Finally,the thesis will experiment with developing a plug-in based on Revit to make all content mentioned above come true and show the way of usage in order to offer an instructional direction for the redevelopment of plug-in of Revit.Finally, the thesis makes a summary for whole research and shows insufficient existing in the thesis and bring up the correct direction we ought to keep struggling on.
