Summarized the existing problems in the protection and development of traditional Tibetan settlement, also put forward a new patterns and machanisms to guide traditional settlement in Guide. Hope to provide valuable basic information and significant reference for the research on Qinghai Amdo Tibetan traditional settlement. We can make a feasibility analysis to “update†the traditional dwellings under the background of poor infrastructure in minorities areas,while the society is under a new urbanization.With rapid development of medical and education in Tibetan and other ethnic minorities,populations also increase a lot. But the environment around are still terrible.So this research has a very important practical significance for improving the living environment.
