| As one core of nuclear power project management, schedule control is directly related to the effectiveness of billions of investment. Recent domestic nuclear power projects, both built and under-construction, have wildly suffered from delays in schedule, especially those new type ones, which have cost huge economic losses to the country and the owner as well. Huaneng Shandong Shidao Bay High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor project, hereinafter referred to as HSNPC HTGR, is domestically designed and built, and will become the first commercial demonstration model plant. However, there are large-delays in both engineering design and key equipment development, which bring great challenges to the project sechedule control. Since China is willing to wildly commercialize HTGR in the future, the successful completion of HSNPC HTGR project has great strategic significance. Therefore, a careful study about HTGR schedule controle is needed to optimize the methods and measures of schedule control, so as to improve the project management level.In this thesis, firstly, the literature research method is used, and schedule control related researches both at home and abroad are reviewed; then, the s chedule control status of HSNPC HTGR project is carefully studied, from perspectives of planning and scheduel control, using tools such as case study and network technology.In this thesis, the problems existing in schedule control of HSNPC HTGR project are analyzed, the main factors that influencing the construction schedule are also analyzed, and schedule control of HSNPC HTGR project is optimized, from system of organization, planning system, coordinating meetings, progress tracking and information feedback mechanisms, progress measurement method, safeguard measures, and other aspects.which formulates one set of standard feasible schedule control system for demonstration plant of HTGR, and reduce the whole project extension risk due to a late delivery of main equipment supplied,and improve the whole project schedule management level significantly.This thesis has important practical value and practical significance, and will provide valuable experience for subsequent commercialization of HTGR. |
