The most vital characteristics of Modern Shipbuilding Mode(MSM) is general assembly shipbuilding whose major construction method is to implement the large-scale construction of ship blocks. The large-scale construction of ship blocks can be built in shipyard or outsourced. The advantage of the large-scale construction of ship blocks is to shorten berth period and improve the integrity of the product. Meanwhile, it can be used to promote utilization rate of core resource of assembly plant including important equipment,docks, large portal cranes and wharfs. Besides, it can reduce the composite cost and increase the production efficiency of shipbuilding.Based on actual situations and development needs of S shipping enterprise, the article mainly studies the key construction methods required for the building of ultra large blocks,including the grand trestle grand assembly technology and the transportation method of ultra large blocks and the erection technology of super large cabin segments, as well as the design of important tooling gantry. Here are the main contents:Fully in consideration of the current grand assembly space shortage, the crane resources, the dock cycle and other factors of S shipping enterprise, this thesis studies the construction mode of ultra large sections. The process of trestle grand assembly of ultra large blocks has been analyzed, as well as the precision control of grand assembly and the hull welding sequence. Then, a detailed technological process of gantry group of super large sections assembly is presented. Combined with the transportation condition and the requirement of the equipment and facility of S shipping enterprise, this article puts forward to the transport scheme for super-large blocks.Focused on the technology plan of grand assembly trestles of ultra large blocks, design the trestle suitable for super blocks. In addition, finite element method has been used to optimize the design to meet the strength requirement and achieve lightweight. Take the large-scale block in typical cabin area as the study object, dynamic simulation of the whole erection process is presented to analyze its structural response. Safety assessment criteria of ship hoisting are used to evaluate block structure strength and deformation in different working conditions. Thus the plan of structural strengthening design is determined.The technology of grand trestle can effectively reduce pre-erection occupation time and improve the integrity of the segment, which creates favorable conditions for theconvergence between the painting and the grand trestle assembly. Simulation of ultra large-cabin segment lifting process, provides the structural reinforcement lifting arrangement with optimization calculation basis. Distortion control proposed reference:deformation, deformation rate, and applied to calculate and strength check of the ultra large-cabin block, achieved good results.
