The technology of elevator developed rapidly with human being’s life. In thiselevator area, the technology is various. This design is based on the variant voltage andvariant frequency technology with the advantage of comfortable, safety, economical andprecise. Now, this type becomes more and more popular in different elevator companies.The target of this paper is to solve the yield problem for the customer by analysis the drivesystem and find the potential risk of each parts.This paper focused on the vvvf drive system. First, it shows the histories of the wholeelevators’ develop. Meanwhile, it also gives the division analysis on the design to showhow it is used in our life. Then, for the core system, the paper gives the explanation onboth the manufacture design and circuit diagram. And at last, through analysis the datafrom EFR, we get the IGBT burnt problem. We do4kinds of actions and do the simulationon matlabs. Finally we solve the problem and give the instructions of FL installation.
