In our country, paving asphalt on the old cement concrete is regarded as one of the most popular methods.However,after covering with asphalt,some parts simply appear banding reflected rift,partial crush and so on,which has vital influence on reducing the beneficial results of building roads.The point of our essay is to put new cement road designed structure within considering of pathology form and forcing capability.It also use mathematics to study them. This essay obtains the following aspects of research.(1) The statistical analysis on blackening damage structure id cement road.We do several theoretical researches about the pathology situations at Nanjing Eastern Road in Nanchang and we find there has many reflected rifts.As a result,it is clearly that pavement structure form and partial stress concentration are considered as two key factors.(2) Blackening design structure of cement road,after considering damaged structure and key factors,we design a now cement road blackening structure,which paves rigid strip in old cement rifts and cuts it into “inverted trapezoidalâ€.As considering stressed structure,we think cover rifts with rigid strip can deal with non-uniform stress.This “opposite trapezoidalâ€can prevent and control temperature of concrete slab.(3) Blackening cement road structural mechanics and simulation analysis of deformation performance.Based on the specific element simulation information,we make a finite element simulation model,simulating analysis of designed structural stress and deformation performance.It then concluded that paving laying rigid strip old cement rifts can make obvious effects on structural mechanics and deformation performance. The opening design will not have much affect on the mechanical properties of the structure, but can improve structure deformation performance; It is also obvious to add layer thickness on the structural mechanics and deformation performance of the effect.(4) Based on the simulated analyzing results of design parameter comparison. Different design parameters of rigid strip, open paving layer of inverted trapezoidal thickness, which may have great influence on structural performance. Through the comparison,Normal rigid strip width is about 400 mm,top size of inverted trapezoidal is 45 mm whereas bottom size is 20mm;The thickness of top is 60 mm.As a result,the stiffness of banding strip has little influence on its performance. |
