A certain type of aircraft engine integrated control device, belonging to a hardware function controller, is a core component of the engine working state control system, which is to control and adjust the engine performance parameters, to send the instruction to the corresponding executive mechanism, monitoring alarm system and airborne recording system. Therefore, the control device is good or bad directly determine the performance of the aircraft. It is extremely important to conduct a comprehensive inspection and test standard for engine integrated control device to ensure that the engine has good performance before the plane taking off. At present, the detection and verification of the control devices are completed by the imported equipment, which is expensive and causes great inconvenience to the testing and maintenance of control device, such as requiring a lot of artificial operation, requiring maintenance personnel to have a wealth of technical expertise and low detection efficiency. Due to the technical level and developing conditions, existing domestic equipments has limited functionality, poor reliability, troubleshooting difficulties.In order to solve above problems, this subject developed a practical testing equipment with independent intellectual property rights, which can complete the inspection and calibration of each channel of the control device. The main research content of this paper is reflected in the following aspects.(1) Studying the working principle and control law of a certain type of aircraft engine control device, learning from domestic and international development experience and ideas of the control device’s detection equipment and calibration system, discussing related technology, and putting forward to this research project of the practical standard test equipment for the control device;(2) The signal control device has been tested repeatedly to obtain important parameters of its external sensor and structure attachments such as index, signal characteristics. To determine the design specifications and the necessary function of the standard test equipment according to the demand to ensure that it meets requirements of the control device on various aspects such as precision and stability;(3) Depending on the number and type of test signal, selecting appropriate hardware and development platform. Among them, choosing portable computer and data acquisition cards of NI to build the hardware platform, using VS2010 to develop software in conjunction with Measurement studio, using C# as software programming language. Improving the reliability of the whole system through the software and hardware anti-interference design;(4) Designing software system interface and software functions, various sensor signals and control device signals are collected in real-time to standard laboratory equipment, the output result of each channel is compared with control law after calculation, processing, storage and so on. The control device should be calibrated if there is deviation. The control channel shall be adjudged as breakdown if the deviation is too large or the calibration is still not in conformity with the given control law.The newly developed practical standard test equipment of the control device using modular and portable integrated design can realize the inspection and calibration no matter the control device is in situ and off-site. And the equipment has friendly man-machine interface, comprehensive functions, high degree of integration, good reliability, strong extensibility, easy to maintain, etc..
