In the performance analysis of traditional body structure,the designer usually directly introduces the designed three-dimensional digital model into the finite element simulation software for analysis,It fails to consider the change of sheet mechanical properties after standing and forming on the impact of the structural performance of the door,which will cause the analysis results to deviate from the real results.Based on the theory of concurrent engineering,this paper takes the front door of a certain model as the research object,and comb ines the simulation with the experiment to analyze the influence of the mechanical properties of the inner and outer panels of the door the door structural performance during the standing process,thus refining the simulation analysis on the door structural performance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Using CATIA software to simplify the structure and geometric cleaning of the digital and internal panels of the door,repair the missing piece information due to format conversion,fill unnecessary holes,and lay the foundation for the next stamping and the establishment of a complete door finite element model2.Using DYNAFORM software to conplete the pre-processing and sheet configuration steps of the stamping and forming simulation analysis of the inner and outer panels of the door,using LS-DYNA as the solver for the sheet forming simulation,and the thickness,stress and strain results obtained by simulation analysis are mapped to the new grid by LS-PREPOST software,which are used as the initial thickness,stress and strain parameters of the door structure performance analysis.3.Introducing the forming factors such as initial thickness,stress and strain parameters of standing forming into simulation analysis of door structure performance.The ANSYS software is used to simulate the torsional stiffness,sinking stiffness and extrusion strength of the door without considering the forming factors,considering only a single factor and various forming factors,and the finite element data in different cases are conpared to explore the influence of forming factors on structural performance simulation.4.Using ANSYS software to calculate the modal analysis of the original model without considering the forming factor,the model considering only the thickness Victor,and the finite element model considering the thickness,stress and strain factors,and the natural frequency and mode shape of the front four steps of the door are obtained in three cases;through the test modal analysis of the door,the actual modal analysis data of the door is obtained.Compared it with the calculated modal data,the results show that if the stamping forming factor is not considered or only a single forming factor is considered,the calculated structural vibration performance result will be higher than the actual situation,which is inaccurate.After comprehensive consideration of stress,strain and thickness forming factors,the absolute error value of the first four steps of the door calculation mode and the test mode is less than 5%,which is wore in line with the actual situation,and only considers the thickness factor,and the absolute value error is in the high order.It still exceeds 5%.It can be seen that the introduction of the standing forming history in the performance analysis of the door structure can improve the accuracy of the analysis results,and the more the forming factors are considered,the more comprehensive the analysis results are,and the higher the accuracy is.
