In recent years, vehicle electronic parking Brake system(EPB: Electrical Park Brake) has just developed a new technology of electronic control Brake, after a series of car Brake control system of the ABS and ESP. As an auto control technology of the branch, the traditional braking system has the very big difference in both the mechanical structure and working principle. It is a kind of brand-new concept of automobile brake. This paper will reference research the model of the magotan B7 L, based on the theory of the automobile braking principle and using CATIA 3D modeling, finite element analysis method and simulation technology of motor integrated electronic parking brake system of execution part in-depth analysis and research.Motor integrated electronic parking brake system of the actuator is a new kind of electro-hydraulic integrated brake. In this paper, based on the current development of automobile brake system at home and abroad, the research direction and development trend of future braking technology, determine the electronic parking brake system research plan of the actuator, and the electronic parking brake system check calculation, the clamping force of the actuator to determine brake clamping force produced by the product whether meet the requirements of the relevant domestic braking regulations.Through to the electronic parking brake system design and calculation of the actuator, using ABAQUS simulation software platform at the same time, the main components of brake structure statics analysis, according to the stress concentration and deformation condition, judge whether the mechanical strength of the parts meet the requirements; Modal analysis was carried out on the brake, observe its natural frequency, avoid institutions in the process of the practical work of resonance; Through the simulation of the brake under emergency braking conditions coupled thermal-mechanical process, get the distribution of temperature field and stress field of the brake, brake for a subsequent provide certain theoretical basis for structure optimization design.
