| All the standard of diesel engine is becoming more and stricter with the development of diesel engine technology, which is increasingly mature. Because nearly all of the performance of diesel engine is related to the fuel injection, as the main means of regulating injection, speed control technology is one of the core technology, which is very important. Due to the limitation of technological level, the high-power diesel engine governor can’t be produced independently in our country. The future development goal of our country is to break the blockade of key technology of speed governor by the developed countries. In this paper, dynamic analysis, simulation of control system and simulation analysis of actuator of the type A electro-hydraulic governor and type B hydraulic governor from a governor factory in our country are carried out, mainly for the following work:In the paper, the structure and operation characteristics of AMES im are analyzed. And the transfer function of various principles of speed control system is analyzed, what’s more, the mathematical model of control system is established, and the diagram of each subsystem and the speed control system are built. At the end of the introduction, the working principle of speed governor and regulating characteristics are analyzed.The simulation model of traditional3-way valve is established, what’s more.the simulation analysis process of an electro-hydraulic governor and a hydraulic governor is completed. In the process, the most important part is the analysis of response characteristics, flow characteristics and pressure characteristics of the control valve and the whole actuator of an electro-hydraulic governor and a hydraulic governor. In addition, the displacement response of feedback systems of two governors is analyzed.Through the results of simulation, it is proved that the rotational speed of diesel engine can be adjusted fleetly and steadily by the an electro-hydraulic governor and a hydraulic governor. When the speed of diesel engine was changed, the actuator can reflect immediately. Then the servo piston is moved to adjust the oil mass of fuel injection pump at the moment of the inlet of high-pressure oil pipe of servo piston was opened. With the action of feedback system, the control valve can be sent back to the equilibrium position quickly. |
