Crane for wharf is important in the process of loading and unloading equipment production, development and use of the existing terminal resources, the production capacity of the equipment to play to the largest is the core of the port production efficiency, as the growth of the use fixed number of year, the equipment maintenance cost increases year by year, in the process of how to reduce the daily use caused by mechanical wear and electrical components ageing safety accidents, improve automation and discharging system fault alarm accuracy, how to improve the driver’s production enthusiasm, this article is aimed at caofeidian port are using the Crane of r&d project, gives the overall structure of the system design, data acquisition system design, dynamic hard theoretical analysis and software design based on CMS and Intouch.This paper on the industrial control system and the development status of configuration software research and summarized, with the help of Profibus field bus, industrial Internet and Internet designed the overall structure of the management system and network topology, through the analysis of the difficulties of Crane device management, carries on the corresponding system function design.System can be divided into execution from bottom to top surface, control, monitoring and management.Then in this paper the selection of control surface of crane and the main program design, system hardware configuration and software configuration.System testing equipment surface components and implement hardware selection and software connection.For Crane core dynamic weighing system, management system of theoretical research and program design, and design based on PLC assistance system, further improve the system accuracy. The configuration software of system is studied, through the CMS, Intouch configuration software and SQL database and bridge type grab Crane Siemens S7-400 and 6 se70 drive system, electric control system of communication network connection, will be on-site control, data transmission, centralized monitoring and data processing together, and the system configuration is simple is diversiform, does not need complex programming knowledge can operation, practicality is very strong., through the analysis of the overload waveform record and give the driver used to remind the best homework.System is developed to cover the entire Crane fault alarm system, can timely remind and find the fault point, and give the engineer when encountering the best deal, easy to maintenance personnel communication maintenance experience.Finally in this paper, the technology innovation of the design points and bring huge economic benefits and social benefits, to realize remote monitoring of running status of the Crane and production equipment, fault, digital and information-based management, automation of production.Break the conventional statistical methods, production statistics automatically generate statistics, from tedious manual record, improve work efficiency, reduce operating costs.
