Portal crane inspection system project is the key project of bulk cargo wharf of National Energy Huanghua Port Liability Company.Because of the long construction time,it will affect the use of portal crane of bulk cargo wharf,which will make the department's annual production task unable to be completed.Therefore,it is required to use advanced project schedule control theory to draw up project control progress plan,and at the same time to use analysis method and control measures to ensure that the project can be carried out according to the plan,and that the construction time of the project can be shortened when the project is of high quality,reducing the impact on bulk cargo wharf equipment.First of all,taking the status detection project of crane of bulk cargo wharf in Huanghua Port as an example,this paper introduces the status quo of project schedule management at home and abroad,determines the research contents and research methods,and combs all the construction processes in the process of the project.At the same time,based on the inspection items of other related equipment of the Port Liability Company,the characteristics,status quo,problems existing in the project implementation and other factors affecting the progress of the project are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,by analyzing the theoretical basis of project management,using the theory and method of time control,the paper constructs the work breakdown structure of the project,determines the work priority relation and responsibility distribution matrix,and analyzes the key route to compile network chart and Gantt chart of network technology project progress.Thirdly,with the critical path method to find out the key nodes and key factors of the project,use the time control method to analyze the data to demonstrate the feasibility of the improvement measures to shorten the duration of the project.Finally,after evaluating the most optimistic,pessimistic and most likely completion times of each process,the weighted average method is used to calculate the completion time of the process,and then the time and the cost of the test are compared synthetically.The completion date of the test project is set,and it is expected to start on April 2,2019,and the project will be completed on May 14,2019.This paper hopes to study the progress management of crane inspection project and provide reference for other crane testing plan management in the future.
