Integrated Design On Domestic Barhroom Used For Children

With the rapid development of our country,s economy, people living standard unceasing enhancement, the consciousness has changed that the household for bathroom. There is a small number of bathroom for child in the large number of the adult’s. Or the child ’s bathroom is the scaled-down version for the adult’s which is too far behind to catch up with to family of there people.The concordance design of domestic child’s bathroom is aim at the current of family in our country, which is say the adult and child’s concordance.According to combine the system for washroom’s relaxation with the work system, to attain the adult and child ’s requirement for the universality and individuality.In this paper,with the background of the research young families,first,learn the child’s development characteristics from physical, psychological and growing aspects. And analyze all kinds of factors when we design a bathroom used by the children, prolong the child’s objects lifetime, meanwhile stimulate child’s interest and the thirst for knowledge. This procedure uses the theoretical system of “Integrated design” to research and analyze. Accordingly,the research is aimed to find a system of economic bathroom which satisfies the use ofcommon families. This paper adopts the guiding concept of module-based design, combines the universal use demand of the target group and aims at realizing the research goal of green design.The main research topics:(1) Selecting 2-7 year-old children as a representative case studies of families,and give a summary of the child when using sanitary problems, which determines the research direction.(2) Through visiting the research of understanding the characteristics and status of children’s physical and mental development for the children and concluding the children develop sanitary bathroom design elements and methods.(3) applying theoretical knowledge and case analysis to determine the design derection.Most of existing ordinary Chinese families home do not have the space to design bathroom with separate children’s conditions, the design which is called "The Rotary Wash" and "building blocks- toilet ancillary facilities" design program for adults and children sanitary bathroom integrate have many benefits:on one hand, it can achieve space intensive; on the other hand, it promote the objectives of sustainable development process of the product, which has a certain significance for the integration of children bathroom.
