Research On Management Mode Of Industrialized Manufacturing And Assembly Production For Large-scale Sea Crossing Transportation Infrastructure Project

Since China’s reform and opening up to the outside world policy, we have made achievements that attract world attention in the transport construction industry; have realized break through improvements in terms of design theory, construction technology, equipment, management, operation and maintenance technologies for Highway Bridge and tunnel; in some fields we already reached world leading level. Currently, globally there is a trend that the transport infrastructure crosses straits or even open seas, the construction scale increasingly become larger and even difficult, which is far beyond previous regular projects; this requires break of tradition and improving our design philosophy and follow advanced management and production methods.Demonstrated by relevant project experiences both in China and overseas industrialized manufacturing and assembly production method is favorable to guarantee the construction quality and safety of large scale sea crossing project, which complies with practical demand of such projects, development trend and brings positive impact for improving construction level of key transport infrastructure projects in China. Therefore, researching on management mode for realizing industrialized manufacturing and assembly for large sea crossing transport infrastructures has practical application value and provides experiences and references for similar projects in future.Focused on large scale sea crossing projects in the highway field and based on achievements of similar projects in China and overseas; this paper, from the point of the project client, studies the methods that how to realize such management mode for industrialized manufacturing and assembly production following the guide theories of standardized management, engineering strategic resources supply management and risk managements.The research process includes total 5 core aspects: sorting out of current technological conditions and development trend of large sea crossing transport infrastructure projects, clarification of main types and advantages of industrialized manufacturing and assembly production, analysis of key factors for using this production method, proposal of execution route and establishment of management mode.Eventually, by establishing standardized project management system, supplying of strategic resources and risk control in construction stage, the management mode for industrialized manufacturing and assembly production for large scale sea crossing infrastructure project has been formatted.Based on the author’s project experiences, the large scale sea crossing group works of HZMB project have been used as examples in this paper, and the application effects of this research results have been analyzed and verified by studying on project features, construction management methods and industrialized manufacturing and assembly procedures of HZMB project.In the end it summarized the research results and points need to be improved and a forecast was made for the research trend of this subject.
