The plan mainly through Chang’an new master plan, combined with regional load forecast future vision of urban planning various plots, and then on the basis of the entire distribution network Chang’an District of detailed planning, analysis of future power lines in area, net rack end-line, alignments, and each user access methods, near Chang’an District, construction and renovation of distribution network, the long-term to provide practical guidance.
