Researdh On The Future Kitchen Design Of Indemnificatory Housing

With the rapid development of our economic society and the increasing deepening of the urban housing system, the problem on housing issues of low and middle-income families is becoming obvious. In recent years, although the construction of the indemnificatory housing is developing rapidly with some remarkable achievements, it needs to be improved as problems still exit, particularly in the aspect of planning and design. Additionally, as the saying goes,”Hunger breeds discontent.” It is obvious that kitchens play a significant role in the residential space. With the urban development and the improvement of people’s lifestyle, people pay increasing attention to kitchens as well as to their design requirements. Moreover, most people are not satisfied with the existing kitchen design on account of constraints of indemnificatory housing kitchens such as limited space,shortage of funds and other natural factors. Hence, it is supposed that the research on people-oriented kitchen design, which meets the need of future lifestyle, is valuable.According to the study on the kitchen space, the environment, the housing structure, the kitchen furniture, etc., of indemnificatory housing, the essay aims to propose a solution to the future kitchen system of indemnificatory housing by means of analyzing issues on current indemnificatory housing kitchen system, combined with behavior and psychological patterns of modern life and design concepts of modern kitchens. It is expected that a systematic study will be undertaken on the trend of indemnificatory housing development, the design and the application, which brings positive significance to the development of indemnificatory housing kitchen design.According to the analysis of the preliminary investigation, in conjunction with other relevant theoretical research, the direction regarding the future kitchen design of indemnificatory housing is determined. What’s more, design methods and principles from the perspective of a designer’s are presented and design ideas on indemnificatory housing kitchen in the next 20 years are proposed. Finally, the design case in order to solving problems on the limited space and various lifestyle needs is determined,looking forward to facilitating life quality of the low and middle-income families.
