Under the historical background of low carbon environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction, the hot mix plant recycling technology and the warm mix asphalt technology have been widely used. With the development of the two kinds of technology has been mature, to combine two kinds of technology, can achieve the effect of both Improving the old material recycling rate and reducing mixing and construction temperature of the asphalt mixture, this technology is a new kind of development trend.The warm mix reclaimed technology is combining the warm mix asphalt technology and the hot mix plant recycling technology. Through taking viscosity drag reduction agent, new mineral material, new asphalt and RAP In about 20-30 ℃ lower than thermal regeneration temperature for mixing regeneration. Under the premise of without sacrificing pavement quality, can achieve the effect of both Improving the utilization ratio of regeneration of old material, and reducing production construction temperature, the mixing proportion of recycled material regeneration can be increased up to 45%-50%, and obviously reduce the temperature of the old mixture heating, mixture production and construction, at the same time ensure the good performance of recycled asphalt mixture. This technology integrates the advantages of warm mix technology and heat regeneration technology, break through the bottleneck of the low utilization rate of old materials of hot mix plant recycling technology. Meanwhile, it fused the old asphalt mixture recycling technology, under the support of a variety of excellent technology of the warm mix technology.In order to implement the " Human traffic, science and technology traffic, green traffic" concept, Miyun Branch of Road Administration of Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport in the overhaul engineering of HanXi road promotes the use of the warm mix reclaimed technology. This paper, by means of comparative study, studies the mix design of asphalt concrete, the material properties, construction technology, and the road indicator after completion. Summarizes the differences of the technical properties, construction technology and quality control method of the warm mix reclaimed technology and the hot mix reclaimed asphalt concrete. Analyses characteristics of warm mix reclaimed asphalt concrete, providing a reference for the popularization of this technology in road construction.
