With the rapid development of domestic economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more and more attention to their health. Cardiovascular disease, as one of the "three killer" of human health, has been a hot research topic. Due to the characteristics of hidden disease, sudden and high risk of cardiovascular disease,it is an effective method to realize the monitoring, automatic diagnosis, early detection and timely treatment. At present, the ECG monitoring equipment used in hospital is difficult to realize the monitoring of daily life of patients with heart disease because of the disadvantages of large volume and inconvenient carrying. In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent hardware and electronic fabric, such as microprocessor,micro sensor and communication technology, wearable ECG monitoring equipment has become the development direction of the new generation ECG monitoring equipment.In view of the above analysis, this paper designed a wearable ECG monitoring equipment, mainly for the following work:First of all,in view of the traditional paste Ag/Ag Cl wet electrode showing a lot of problems in the aspect of ECG acquisition, this paper designed a flexible fabric ECG acquisition electrode to replace the traditional electrode to achieve ECG signal acquisition.Secondly,this paper built the hardware platform of wearable ECG monitoring equipment, and designed various modules to ensure the system work smoothly,including the ECG signal amplification, the front-end acquisition and processing module to filter and make A/D conversion, the power supply module to provide a suitable voltage for the wearable system, and the data acquisition and transmission module. Finally, this paper completed the design of the wearable hardware circuit board.And then,because denoising effect is not good after the pre-processing of ECG signal, this paper used a kind of ECG denoising algorithm based on wavelet transform,and constructed a new wavelet threshold function to improve ECG denoising effect; for the phenomenon of missing and false detection in the ECG waveform detection algorithm,this paper used modulus maximum method to identify the R wave based on wavelet transform,and proposed a new search strategy to improve recognition accuracy of the ECG characteristic points.Finally,this paper transmitted the collected signal to the PC through the Bluetooth wireless communication technology and designed ECG human-computer interaction interface based on the algorithm, realized ECG data real-time display, calculation of the heart rate,automatic diagnosis of abnormal ECG, data storage and so on, to give thepreliminary diagnosis results without doctor’s help, to make the sudden cardiac disease of patients get early detection and treatment.
