With the rapid development of yacht industry economy, the people require higher comfort of the yacht.Noise as a yacht comfort norm plays an important role in the overall evaluation of the yacht.Meantime, the International Maritime Organization(IMO) in 2012,most of the ship cabin noise limit cut 5 dB at the new revision of the rules of the ship noise level.This undoubtedly put forward higher request for anti-vibration noise reduction of luxury yacht. Therefore, to meet the requirements of the noise not only benefit the design of the yacht, but also has an important significance for the development of yacht industry economy.Based on the basis of the Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA) method, using acoustic software VA One for a 100- foot yacht of glass fiber reinforced plastic material make a typical cabin noise prediction and analysis, then for some does not meet the specification requirements of the cabin noise make a further study of noise reduction measures.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:I) When the yacht SEA model was established, its relevant sheet adopt composite sandwich plate unit, the selection of internal loss factor adopt related experimental results, the other parameters and the excitation source adopt the empirical formula method.II) From noise three factors, namely, the sound source, transmission, the receiver of the three aspects, noise reduction measures are put forward for some is not in conformity with the specification requirements of the cabin.For the sound source, the engine room adopt the acoustic enclosure, acoustic enclosure was analyzed whether the sandwich panels core and internally insulation cover wall thickness of the air layer of air when these two factors effect on SPL of the engine room and other cabins. The generator is proposed using vibration isolation spring anti-vibration noise reduction measures;In the aspect of noise transmission way,this paper researched the freedom of the isolation layer damping treatment structure was employed wall of the owner room how to affect SPL of owner room;The receiver is passive wear acoustic products and shift work.III) The yacht "heart"- Salon cabin for target cabin, this paper studied the specific noise control measures and effect analysis.To analysis influence salon cabin main noise excitation component of SPL and contribute to the salon cabin SPL of the large plate structuresubsystem. Thus made two kinds of noise reduction measures: First,the the bottom of the salon cabin overlap part with engine room adopt the epoxy resin single absorption material,the top of engine room and salon overlapping part adopt the materials used(steel plate + rock wool) double noise reduction. Meantime, for the double rock wool in noise reduction material and the thickness of the steel plate make a further optimization,thus get a reasonable reference thickness.Second, by optimizing the arrangement of salon cabin to achieve the goal of reducing salon cabin SPL.Comprehensive the above two kinds of measures, by changing the salon cabin arrangement of measures, the noise reduction effect is better than that of the first measure.
