However, the power system accident there are many reasons, because the vast majority of high temperature cables formed. Cable temperature rising, the formation of hot, very easy to make large cable burned out, the machine stops working, and in a short time will not return to normal production and life, serious damage to the economy and caused great social impact.Port Authority-run project is mainly port cargo transport, warehousing, port for coal, some problems exist in the cargo temperature monitoring presence conveyor belt, for example, port substation cable runs relatively harsh environment, accumulated powder gradually increase cable tray, cable very difficult issue of heat, causing the cable aging problems, etc., if the cable is severe fever accident, we can not implement quick and effective measures in this critical moment, it is a great impact on coal transportation, transportation of goods and so on. Faced with the above description, for various problems, this article is designed based on Raman scattering distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system. It is an effective real-time, on-line, multi-point temperature measurement system.To solve above problems, this paper presents a distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system implementation of substation in the harbour.Distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system is a real-time, on-line, multi-point temperature measurement system.After the system with optical time domain reflection principle and the optical fiber to the theoretical basis of Raman scattering win min effect were studied. 1ã€Distributed optical fiber temperature measuring system are analyzed in detail the Raman scattering of sensing principle. 2ã€Through theoretical analysis, the system has made the design scheme of temperature measuring system by the sensing fiber or cable, thermometer host, industrial control computer, system software and other ancillary equipment, among them, played a key role in early warning and alarm when the host and the software system is the most important parts in thermometer. 3ã€In the process of system development, this paper adopt modular design thought, to ensure that the software maintainability, the system user management, historical data query and alarm module are explained the process. 4ã€For the real-time online monitoring system, this system not only real-time monitoring, and need to run online for a long time, the article gives the hardware design and installation process matters needing attention, to ensure the implementation of the system is safe and reliable. 5ã€In the face of the light noise, this paper expounds the random noise existing in the system is obtained by progressive average algorithm can significantly inhibit, and puts forward a new denoising algorithm to eliminate the effects of Rayleigh light noise.The port through the practical application of the substation, the system has certainly achieved the goal-line monitoring to verify the system’s stability and reliability of practical value. |
