| In recent years,with the development of national economy,as the three major energy of oil,coal,natural gas,has been vigorously the exploitation and utilization.People has met some new problems in the process of using gas.Part of the gas pipeline in the harsh environment will occur corrosion aging phenomenon;in order to save the city space,a lot of gas pipelines are buried underground,they also bring some potential safety hazards,if there is a small leakage,you can’t timely discover,and urban road reconstruction and construction are frequent,if you don’t know the embedding position of the cable and pipe in advance,are blind operation,it is easy to destroy pipeline and cause gas leakage;what’s more,some gas users and private enterprises undermine the pipelines,take over the pipelines for their own interests.When pipeline comes to leak,the pressure and flow of the pipeline gas will be lower than normal,through using CFD technology,use computational fluid dynamics simulate pipeline model which is established,ensure the pipe pressure and flow distribution in normal circumstance,and design temperature,pressure and flow detection system connecting with roots flow meter,check pressure and flow change of the pipeline gas,finally,compare the data obtained from test with normal operation of the pipeline data,determine whether having a pipeline leak phenomenon.if the pipeline has a leakage,system is through the GSM module sending current data to inform engineering and technical personnel in SMS way,so they can timely process pipeline problems.The simulation results show that the pressure change of pipeline gas is obvious if the pipeline has a bypass pipeline,system will display the detection results in real time,once the pressure and flow of the pipeline gas is found to have problems,controls GSM sending the pressure and flow data of the pipeline gas for SMS alarm. |
