With the fast development of science and technology, electronic products have sped the pace of upgrading, and this trend has been well represented in the field of automobile electronics. Cars are no longer seen as a simple tool for transport now, higher demands of comfort and safety push the automotive industry to a new Era. The degree of automation is not high, this model virtually increases the duplication of work and investment of capital. This thesis focuses the In-Vehicle Infotainment product, designed a reliability test platform with both automation and versatility.The hardware design of this system is based on PXI. It can achieve the target to control system and test measurement. The technology of controller area network has been used to build a general bus communication platform between system and products. The system provides all signal inputs which is necessary for In-Vehicle Infotainment product to run its functions, and adjustable analog output load for simulating product output. The thesis gives a software platform based on Lab VIEW. The system can implement the test automatically if users write the configuration file which depending on the test content and product information before the start of the trail. Tests of different brands and models of In-Vehicle Infotainment products can share the fixed format of the configuration file and then achieve compatibility on the operational processes.In the last part of this thesis, the actual products of different brands and models used to test the stability and practicality In-Vehicle Infotainment reliability test system. Finally, the test results show that this system reaches the requirements of automation and versatility.
