The Influence Of Logistics Park On The Urban Spatial Structure

The modern city is always the center of the world economy since the birth. Logistics is the most direct manifestation of inter-city and regional economic ties. With the rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization,the logistics industry is booming.Logistics park is the key node of logistics industry,it developed into important functional group and the new growth pole gradually. The characteristics of logistics park determine that it can influence the urban spatial structure from many aspects,so,further study of the subject is worthy.Thus,this study enables coordinated logistics park planning with the development of urban space better, and,logistics park can provide a better service for the city.The paper focuses on the logistics park influence urban spatial structure from the theoretical and empirical research.Firstly,summarizes the dynamics of urban spatial structure evolution,based on the concepts discussion of urban spatial structure and logistics park,then,we discuss their relationship. Then,analyzes the logistics park influence economic space structure,regional spatial structure and city traffic,and explain the mechanism.Furthermore, take Xi’an as an example,through the analysis of the relevant information about Xi’an logistics park,data and GIS,summarizes that the new logistics park is mainly composed of expanding to the northern periphery of the city, relying on the important link of the construction of the traffic.The logistics park of Xi’an promote the development of the regional economic integration, and it also optimize the urban industrial structure.With the development of new large-scale logistics park, urban built-up area expands outward continuously, calculate the urban construction land information entropy, equilibrium degree and concentration,etc.We can find that the structure of urban land use is optimized,and it also led the development of the surrounding area. What’s more,it also ease traffic pressure of the city center,optimizes the structure of the transportation network, while also increasing the transportation pressure on logistics park perimeter.Finally,we raise the relevant recommendations of Xi’an logistics park layout from the perspective of urban spatial structure optimization:we should combine the logistics needs and the changing urban land use;strengthen the construction and development of logistics park in New West Ham;pay attention to the use of the West Ham NOL;coordinate with urban functional partition.The paper aims to reveal the mechanism of logistics park impact of urban spatial structure through this study, in order to provide a scientific basis for the planning of urban logistics park and integration of urban logistics spatial structure.At the same time,it has practical significance to improve urban planning and management level,optimize the urban space structure,and accelerate the development of urban economy.
