Study On The Planning Of Village Layout In Baiyu Mountain Under The Background Of Poverty Alleviation Migration

Village is the foundation of Chinese traditional culture, "Culture comes from the village", and the village is a cultural treasure house which needs to manage. With the development of industrial civilization in our country, it leads to the lag of rural development and the decline of the village. In recent years, the central national document as well as the national policy leans to agriculture, rural areas, changing the traditional concept of industrial civilization to see the countryside, instead of using ecological civilization thinking to re-examine the countryside. For backward mountainous areas, we gradually increase the relevant planning and village planning, beautiful rural planning, village layout planning and so on. In terms of policy, policy includes poverty alleviation immigration relocation policy, accurate poverty alleviation etc. The village layout under the background of Poverty Alleviation Migration is the foundation and support for the development of the village under special region.By the opportunity of poverty alleviation immigration policy, the direction of Baiyu Mountains’ s village development issues, the basis of village layout’s theory and practice, This paper studies the coordination idea of Baiyu Mountains for poverty alleviation and the village layout to provide strategies and methods for the planning of the village layout in Baiyu Mountains in the background of poverty alleviation. By the example of Dingbian County Yangjing Town, the Township Village characteristics and the village layout problems are elaborated and reflection, using methods of coping with village planning, guiding the development of villages.This paper is divided into four parts with six chapters. The first part is the background of the thesis and the related research, including a chapter. This part mainly discusses the related concepts, research significance, research contents, research contents and so on.The second part is the research on the theory and practice of the village layout planning, containing one chapter. First of all, this part discusses the basic theory related to the layout of the village about Central Place Theory, Growth Pole theory, Dual economic theory, and analyzes the relationship between the theory and the village layout and the guiding role. Secondly, this part reviews the theoretical and practical study on the village layout, summarizes the connotation of the village layout and the village layout planning method, analyzes the influence factors of the village layout.The third part is the research on the coordination of the poverty alleviation migration in Baiyu mountains and the village layout planning, and there are two chapters in this part. By sorting out the problems existing in the process of the development of the village, the aim and idea of the village layout planning are studied in this part. At last, This part puts forward the strategy of village layout planning under the guidance of industry development, and construct village layout planning method in Baiyu mountains by the background of the poverty alleviation immigrants.The fourth part is an empirical study, which includes two chapters. Firstly, with the example of Yangjing Town in Dingbian county, this part analysis village characteristics in Yangjing, the process of poverty alleviation and summarizes the characteristics of village layout. At last This part studies the village layout planning under the perspective of Yangjing by an empirical way, sets up the town village system, optimizes the spatial form of the town and comes to the village layout planning. And the village function, the village scale, the industry, the facility has carried in the plan.
