Research On The Satisfaction To Landscape In Post-Industry Creative Industry Parks In Shenzhen

Nowadays, with the development of economic level, the economic structure of Shenzhen gradually adjusts, and the industrial structure continually upgrades. Thus creative industry becomes the new highlight of the development of economy and modern industry. With the brisk development of creative industry, creative industry park presents the tendency of rapid expansion. But the landscape construction of creative industry park can not satisfy people’s demand, so creative industry park can not play a great role in its area.This thesis research Shenzhen’s creative industry parks which are belong to the type of deindustriaiisation based on field research. And it tries to tease the general situation of development of Shenzhen’s creative industry park. By choosing typical case and evaluation factor, landscape satisfaction of five cases were researched and analyzed. Based on the existing problem by analysis, provide suggestions on landscape design of creative industry park.Firstly, Shenzhen’s creative industry park’s general situation were introduced, and its development history and existing problems were summarized, which provide realistic basis for research. Secondly, five creative industry park: F518 Creative Park of Shenzhen, OCT-LOFT, NANHAI ECOOL, Nanshan Animation Industrial Park and City of Design whose development is mature were researched. Based on field investigation, questionnaire and free interview, the landscape satisfaction survey of these creaive industry parks’ transportation, exterior environment, building regeneration, supporting facility, greenery lanscape and artistic atmosphere were carried out. Use mathematical statistics software SPSS to clear up the data of survey, and analyzed it by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Then compare analysis results side-by-side, and summarized Shenzhen’s creative industry park’s general characteristics and problem. Whereafter provided the landscape design rule of creative industry park which is continuity, openness, diversity, facticity and aitistry. And specific design suggestions aim at all aspects were provided. Finally research results were summarized and future expectations were proposed.
