In the process of underground engineering construction, various types of soft formation are frequently encountered, improper reinforcement treating will affect the quality of the projects and even turn to a threat against security the existing structures.In the process of tunnel in passing through the soft sand, grouting technology is often used with corresponding support measures, grouting effect is of great significance to ensure the construction quality of unfavorable ground deformation. As a kind of early strength and high efficiency grouting reinforcement materials, polyurethane has a wide range of application in the construction of coal mine and the rescue construction of the tunnel,Launching on the study of polyurethane grouting sand, finding a piece of grouting material which has better reinforcement effect on different kinds of sand,has good application value in practical underground engineering construction and.emergency treatment of tunnel accident.In this paper, the author used three different sand samples that collected from different project sites to carry out Study on the engineering properties and application of polyurethane grouting sand, after the determination of the relevant physical and mechanical properties, carry on the study of indoor simulation experiment of polyurethane grouting material applied to reinforce different types of sand; And through hydrolysis test to explore the intensity variation of polyurethane reinforced sand when be in different water environment that may occur in engineering rescue and pre reinforcing;And based on the previous experiment of materials chemistry research experience in polyurethane, carried on researching of modified polyurethanematerial.To explore the changes of effect of polyurethane grouting sand while the polyurethane modified by fly ash, calcium carbonate powder,and epoxy resin materials,put forward valuable guidance for the practical application of the corresponding materials in order to improve the reinforcement effect. Finally, on the basis of a large number of laboratory experiments, the field application research of polyurethane reinforced sand was carried out. By analyzing the overall effect of the initial application of polyurethane grouting sand in the construction process of subway tunnel,to explore its application effect in the actual project, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures in the construction.Pave the way for further application of polyurethane grouting material in the actual tunnel project.
