| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s infrastructure construction has been rapidly developed,especially in the aspect of road engineering.Due to its advantages of cheap,easy to get,good leveling,low noise,convenient maintenance,smooth and comfortable driving,construction safety and easy recycling,asphalt pavement has become the main structure type of high-grade urban road surface in the world.As far as China is concerned,over 90% of the constructed road surface is asphalt pavement.In the future construction of national highway,asphalt pavement will still be the main form of highway engineering construction in China.However,with the rapid development of the logistics industry and the constant changes of traffic environment in recent years,some bituminous pavements have serious early damage,such as ruts,cracks and loose pavement.Therefore,the research on the modification of asphalt has become one of the hot topics.In this paper,through summarizing the performance and structure characteristics of polyurethane modified asphalt combined with polyurethane from body outstanding performance,expecting to find out a kind of excellent performance of new type polyurethane polymer modified asphalt,pu from the polymer/filler composite modified asphalt material,make its conventional performance good,uniform internal microstructure,phase dispersion stability,excellent rheological properties,high temperature storage performance is good.In this paper,the preparation method and modification process of polyurethane in vitro were proposed.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part is the exploration of polyurethane single modified asphalt.Three different polyurethane ionomers(PU-Ca,PU-Na,and PU-Zn)were prepared and mixed with matrix asphalt respectively.By controlling the amount of ionomers added and testing the general properties of asphalt,the outside of Fourier red was tested,the microstructure of polarized light and the testing of macromolecular softening point,the best proportion was explored.The second part for the compound modification,through the first part explores the best way to add polyurethane from body,by adding silicate,for the composite modified epoxy resin material,and through conventional performance test of asphalt,the Fourier j.r.cole lateral,polarized microstructure test,softening point test and other means to explore the optimal proportion of segregation.The experimental results show that all three kinds of polyurethane ionomers have the effect of enhancing the properties of asphalt,especially the effect of polyurethane calcium ionomers.In the modification part of polyurethane/composite filler,the comprehensive performance of modified asphalt is optimal when the content of silica is 1% and when the content of bisphenol A is 6%. |
