Polyurethane grouting material is a chemical grouting material which can stop water leakage quickly,prevent seepage and reinforce structure.In addition to repairing cracks in hydraulic structures,polyurethane grouting materials can also be used for engineering anti-seepage,reinforcement and anti-corrosion in coal mines,subways,civil and industrial construction.In this paper,the polyurethane grouting materials on the markets have high volatile solvent content and unstable performance.It aims to develop two types of polyurethane grouting materials with excellent comprehensive performance and good stability,which can meet different applications for water stopping quickly and anti-seepage reinforcement,to optimize the production process and to research grouting technology while enriching the product types of polyurethane grouting materials and promoting polyurethane grouting technology development.In this paper,the polyether polyols were screened and polymerized respectively with toluene diisocyanate(TDI),diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate(PAPI)to prepare polyurethane pre-preparation.Then,add appropriate amount of solvent and additives(catalyst,retarder,foam stabilizer,plasticizer and surfactant)to make polyurethane grouting solution.Finally,examine viscosity,water-foaming performance,etc.of polyurethane grouting materials.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.A type of new waterborne polyurethane grouting materials for water plugging in hydraulic structures was developed.The effect of the type,ratio and synthesis conditions of the polyether polyols and polyisocyanates on the viscosity,gel time,water absorption capability(10 times water),the foaming rate and water swelling ratio of the prepared polyurethane grouting materials were studied to determine the optimum ratio and preparation process of the waterborne polyurethane grouting materials.2.A type of new oil-soluble polyurethane grouting materials for seepage reinforcement of hydraulic structures was developed.The effect of the type,ratio and synthesis conditions of polyether polyols and polyisocyanates on the viscosity,solidification time,foaming rate,compressive strength,etc.of the prepared polyurethane polyurethane grouting materials were studied to determine the optimal ratio and preparation process of oil-soluble polyurethane grouting materials.3.The indoor process research and on-site construction test on grouting technology of polyurethane grouting materials were carried out,and the scientific,perfect and reasonable construction technical measures were summarized.Furthermore,the field engineering application research of polyurethane grouting materials was carried out to meet the construction technical requirements of the site.
