Study On The Space Form Changes Of Guanzhong Rural Residence Under The Land System

As the village’s most basic system, land system is located in many aspects, such as rural orientation and economic development, social order, land allocation, relationships between folks and so on. And it ultimately affects the materialization of rural settlement spatial form. But at the moment, the absence of land system leads to the disorder of land use and village’s space form. “Hollow village”, “village outside the village”, homestead illegal land occupation and recessive transaction phenomenon is very common. 吗、Movements of enclosure and the merged villages are more and more blind. However, China’s urbanization process will be far from over and the pattern of rural settlements also will experience a large-scale restructuring process. So, study on the influence mechanism and change mechanism of land system on rural settlement spatial form is very important to the construction of new urbanization.This paper study bases on rural residence in Guanzhong Area, and analyzes the change of land system from 1912 to 2016 with theories and methods of the architecture combined with sociology and history, including the period of the Republic of China, the period of agricultural cooperation and the period of people’s commune and the last 30 years. Writer selectes Xuelu village where is in middle region of Guanzhong as a key study object of fields to real record of the space form of residence under the influence of the current land system, and restore the space form under the influence of the land system during the last 5 historical periods. As Beidang village where is in east regions of Guanzhong for ordinary objects, and as Liuying village where is in west regions of Guanzhong for general objects, through the comprehensive analysis of the changes of the spatial form of three rural residences, writer summarizes the process and characteristics of the changes of the spatial form of rural residence in Guanzhong region under the influence of land system in one hundred years, and analysize the influence mechanism of land system, residential space form change mechanism. Writer refers to the excellent cases of land system construction and rural residence construction at home and abroad, aiming at the current problems existing in the space form, and puts forward an optimization strategy for the residential land system, the interior space form of rural residence.
