The Construction Technology And Practice Of Reinforced Concrete Frame Rural Houses Infilled By Adobe Brick

Erath is a traditional building material, it not only has advantages of low cost and good thermal performance, but had the characteristics of energy-saving, environmental protection and being reused. But in many traditional earth building, because of its low strength, it show poor seismic performance. Reinforced concrete frame structure is a mature form of building structure, it has such as flexible layout, clear stress reasonable and good seismic performance advantages.In order to utilize the advantages and disadvantages of the above two, This paper attempts to combine the two together,and to study on construction technology of the reinforced concrete framework rural house infilled by adobe.In this paper, the production requirement and maintenance methods of adobe brick are expounded;The guidance of sites and plan design on the types of adobe building were given;Some construction methods of the earth building foundation, wall, floor and roof, as well as some matters that should be paid attention to were given; The conection mode of the adobe walls and reinforced concrete frame column were provided, give the answer of how to align the adobe;Aimed at the poor durability of adobe wall, prone to cracks, and other issues, this paper were discussed and gives some reference practice on the adobe wall maintenance and repair.Combining with Turpan construction project practice, This paper do some research of the design,construction and the thermal performance evaluation of the adobe rural house. Through experiments, we found local raw materials of modified formula and the thermal conductivity of local raw materials. In the architectural design process, this paper has solve the problem of the earlier rebuild rural house by new design; In addition,The process of construction and the matters needing attention in the construction were given; Finally, we use the software DB to carry out thermal simulation on early projects and the case in this paper, and the thermal performance simulation results are compared and analyzed.
