| Clay block has been applied as the main wall material in a long period in our country,causing great land loss and environmental damage.A new wall material called reinforced self-thermal-insulation block is introduced in this thesis in compilation with the policy of energy conservation advanced by the government.Integrating with heat-insulation system and reinforced block together,the reinforced self-thermal-insulation block can make the life of the heat-insulation system equaling to the building structure.It can also replace concrete shear-wall by enclosing concrete and adding reinforced bars.In addition,thermal-insulation material is involved in the wall structure.Thus,the maintenance after the replacement of heat-insulation layer for the wall is also omitted in the design commission life.It is great progress to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environment protection,as well as cost saving.In this thesis,construction test is first conducted for shear wall with high-strength concrete self-thermal-insulation block with new shape of holes.Then,construction and economic performance is investigated to find out its advantages and disadvantages.Above investigations is helpful to advance its application,and further induce great progress for achieving the purpose of energy conservation,environment protection and cost saving.The construction and cost performance of this new wall is compared with traditional concrete shear-wall.The distinction of construction process and influence on the follow-up work is analyzed with aspects of differences on architecture functions and economy.The construction technique is also investigated in aspects of construction,operation and quality control by comparing with traditional concrete shear wall. |
