With the development of industrialization and informatization, a great change occurred in people’s demand for building products, the green building with high quality, less pollution, normalization and sustainability, has won the good graces of people. Prefabricated construction can not only reduce the dust, carbon dioxide emissions, avoid cross contamination and alleviate the increasingly serious haze and air pollution problems, but also solve the labor shortages problem which caused by aging workers. People have accepted and highly concentrated on the prefabricated construction because of its superior characteristics, however, the slow pace of construction progress and higher costs result from unreasonable construction scheduling. It has a important theoretical significance and applied value in scheduling research.At present, there are few researches on the scheduling prefabricated housing project, and most studies assume that the task duration are not affected by uncertain environment, which is obviously in accord with reality. This paper, from the perspective of managers in building sites, take some uncertainties into consideration,such as severe weather, supply not in time, payment delay,which will influence project scheduling and duration. It is mainly focused on problems of resource constrained project scheduling problem(RCPSP) which is constrained in uncertain environments to achieve the propose of resource allocation and project schedule time optimization, which can provide a reference for optimization of prefabricated housing project scheduling and management.The essay comparing construction characteristics of prefabricated construction to productivity of manufacturing industry, demonstrating the intelligent optimization algorithm whether it is feasible to applied it on the construction scheduling; discussing the constraints of scheduling in prefabricated housing project on the basis of RCPSP, and considering the time limited influence that caused by uncertain factors in site operation, we propose to use the DEPSO to establish a scheduling optimization model which is aimed to improve time limit of project and robustness. Hybrid algorithm establish information exchange mechanism between DE and PSO, which avoid a single algorithm that is easy to fall into the local optimum and low accuracy of the defects, to achieve the expectant target of shortening projection.Finally taking a prefabricated housing project as an example for the simulation calculation, the result show that DEPSO, under the condition of solving uncertain time limit for a project, is reasonable and efficient in the prefabricated housing project schedule optimization, which can put forward reasonable and constructive suggestions for resources management to the construction site and schedule optimization.
