The increasing popularity rate of the automobile makes the continuously improvement of the performance and appearance of the automobile. Automobile spraying production line as an important part of automobile production, the profiling study has very important significance. In recent years, spraying production line transfor from traditional manual spraying to the robot automatic spraying, it led to the development of robot copy software, this paper profile the spraying production line by using copying software ROBCAD, combined with spraying key technology in the industry, design a project suitable for practical production and tested by experiment, ensure the actual production safety. The main research contents are as follows:The first part expounded the development status of sprayting production line and the industrial robot, simply introduced the technological process of spraying production line, gave a brief introduction of the robot copying software inland and abroad and mainly introduced the copying software ROBCAD;The second part simply summarized the white body, studied the spraying process, expound the classification of the spraying process, thorough research the parameters of the spraying process. The parameters setting provides the theoretical basis for other part of the experiment,and cited the film quality and common defects and prevention methods;The third part described the principle and physical properties of paint film, then studied the principle of electrostatic spraying, and as a starting point, three kinds of paint film deposition models are put forwarded, and put forward on the basis of trajectory optimization of free curved surface spraying method, the feasibility of the scheme is verified by spraying experiments on the door in ROBCAD;The fourth part studied the spraying production line of the electric control system and transmission system, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the application manual and automatic spray, put forward working rhythm this concept, and count the time based on a spraying production line of a certain industrial field;The fifth part set up a simulation platform accord with the practical production by using simulation software ROBCAD combined with the actual spraying production line, analyze the selection and installation of the robot, and use the SOP function to get the time of sprayingproduction line by visual simulation. Finally, verified the feasibility of the method by the actual experiment.
